In the bottom part of the picture, you can notice the curved track section with a manual control column which allows to invert moving direction for the clockwork railcar or the Diabolic
locomotive. When you operate this control column with the locomotive to come, a stud under the locomotive allows it to switch direction and go to the opposite way.
