La firme Jouef a produit aussi un grand nombre de train sets pour les magasins populaires tel que Monoprix or Prisunic pour les ventes en période de Christmas. Ces coffrets pour ne pas concurrencer les marchands de jouets, ont des compositions spécifiques. Ainsi, on peut trouver des variantes de rolling stock que l'on ne retrouve pas ailleurs dans les catalogues de la marque. Ces coffrets furent vendus d'abord sans marque, then sous la marque Punch and sous la marque Jouef Diffusion. Le recensement de ces coffrets est rendu difficile by leur absence du catalogue and by la faible documentation.

The first department store Prisunic
was opened by the parent compagny Le Printemps
in december 1931 and offered quality industrial products for everyday usage at offordable price: kitchen utensils, house cleaning stuff, crockery, stationery, then sweets, grocery corner and tinned food. After the secund World War, Prisunic launched its own brands for foodstuffs (Forza
), women's textile (Florine
), bazaar and equipment (Kilt
) and Punch
for toys. Prisunic counted up to 350 stores in 1971 and the 132 Prisunic
remaining stores in 1997, were sold to Monoprix which made vanished the Prisunic
sign in May 2002.
