Jouef made some road trailers used as loads for the flat wagon type Kangourou SNCF, which are issued in a Kangourou set in 1967. This set includes two flat wagon type Kangourou SNCF, a road shunter trator Lorraine, a ramp for load/unload operations and two trailers. There are two variants of trailers (savoyarde style trailer or van trailer). First models had rear opening doors.

There is no road tractor manufactured by Jouef and to be use with those road trailers, but we can notice that Jouef used the Saviem tractor at 1/100^th scale made by Majorette (ref. 367). For example, this Saviem tractor was included in the Jouef train sets sold in the beginning of the 1990's (e.g. le triage train set ref. 7335).
