Identification of these wagon variants is sometime difficult, as the same reference number was used several years without taking into account the technical or building modifications. For this two axles wagon, three underframe markings can be found with the Jouef symetrical hook couplings :
Jouefis included in a diamond figure, this markings is identical to previous models with non symetrical hook (with drawback spring or contrepoids). There are holes on the axles boxes. We can estimate manufacting date between 1958 (issue of Jouef symetrical couplings) and 1961 (beginning of Playcrat marketing operations in United Kingdom)
Jouef for Playcraftand
Made in Francewere present under frame. There are no holes on the axles boxes. We can estimate manufacting date between 1962 to beginning of the 1970's
for Playcraftdisappeared. In this case, this wagon was not sold standalone but only in the clockwork train sets until 1978-79
