About trailers TGV Atlantique

Jouef had the worldwide exclusive rights for TGV Atlantique scale models in 1988/1989/1990, in opposition to its main competitor (LIMA) on the TGV models market. Neverthelss, we could find pictures of the Jouef TGV A trailers in the Lima catalogue 1988/1989 (page 24/25), the driving units were TGV PSE repainted in blue/grey livery.
An industrial agreement between Jouef and Lima was signed in 1990, which allowed Jouef to provide TGV trailers and TGV driving unit bodies to Lima in order to manufacture the train set TGV A 325 SNCF in the commemorative livery of the world speed record 515,3 km/h (see article in LocoRevue n°533 from January, 1991 page 63).
